  • 9% are using AI for natural language processing tasks, such as writing assistance.

Harvard Business Review’s “The New World of Work” posted an interview this month with Karim Lakharni, a professor at Harvard Business Schools who has studied how businesses have been affected by “the digital transformation”.  The title of the interview is “AI Won’t Replace Humans – But Humans With AI Will Replace Humans Without AI”

A point that Lakharni drives home is that continued learning, and lots of it, is essential.  Most businesses will have no choice but to adopt new technologies in order to provide customers with the level of satisfaction they have come to expect.   There is no reason to think that business brokers will be an exception.   This is the time to learn, test, and find solutions so your business is not left behind.
